My six month contract with my current employer is drawing to a close, and I have serious doubts about trying to convert to a regular position here. It's really looking like not a good fit. There is a culture of disregard for front lines employees and their physical and mental health here that lights off that flaming sense of outrage in me. I get downright cranky when I think that someone is trying to abuse my health, either through disregard, neglect, or plain self centered contempt.
So, pass this around: Available, one fairly decent mid-level Linux/Solaris/NetBSD sysadmin, with perl and documentation skills besides. I even do Windows, although I don't enjoy it as much.
